Wedding Photography Caerphilly by Steven Hawker Photography

First to Gemma’s parents home in Pontllanfraith for the wedding preparation.  Bridesmaids, flower girls, Mam and Dad, hair and make-up and of course the Bride crowded in. Excitement fuelled by champagne!   Plenty of calls to the Groom and Best Men gathered elsewhere reminding them not to forget this, that and definitely the other!  A few hours to get some images to capture the build up.

On to St Sannans Church in Bedwellty to get some pics of the Groom, Best Men and guests arriving in the morning drizzle.  Bridal party arrived fashionably late in 2 dazzling white Mercedes.  When the Bride came down the aisle and the Groom shed a few tears it was time to click that button and capture a special moment ♥  Time for a Confetti throw and on to Caerphilly for part 3.

Arriving at Ridgeway Golf Club with the sun shining and everyone in good spirits, especially the Bride & Groom who seemed to take the long way around!?  Group photos outside the marquee and then a chance for Gemma, Steve, the Maid of Honour, myself and our chauffeur to head out in the golf buggy.  Romantic locations found on the course, intimate moments captured forever.

Back to the marquee for the guests to eat, drink and definitely be merry!  Speeches remembering fun times past and an amazing looking cake that seemed a shame to cut!  Party games with Gemma and Steve leading the way, and the guests happily following, and then time for me to head off  and leave them to it.
